SMITH, MYRTLE VERA (MYRT)

Passed away peacefully on August 14, 2007. Myrt was born in Arcola, Saskatchewan on November 9, 1921 & after 23 years in Winnipeg, Manitoba resided in South Surrey since 1966. Family was always first with Myrt who was predeceased by her husband of 59 years Horace (Smitty); twin sister Muriel Watson (Dutch) and brother Cecil. She will be greatly missed and remembered with much love by her brother Mel; her children Darlene Haggman, Robert (Patti), Kent (Heather); her grandchildren Robert, Gregg (Lori), Sean (Hillory) and Crystal, and her great grandchildren; Taylor, Darian, Kaia, Riley and Jadyn. A graveside memorial will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 21 at Sunnyside Lawn Cemetery, 14850-28th Avenue, Surrey followed by a light lunch at Victory Memorial Funeral Centre, 14831-28th Avenue, 604-536-6522. No flowers please, a donation in Myrt's name to your favorite charity is appreciated.
