STEPHEN, Nelson J. L., decorated W.W. II veteran, passed away in White Rock, B.C. on November 21, 2006 at the age of 88. Nelson is survived by his wife, Marie; daughter Norine; son Dennis; sister Nancy; and numerous relatives and friends who will miss him sadly and remember him lovingly. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831-28 Ave., Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peace Arch Hospital Foundation in recognition of both their needs and loving care provided to Nelson.
