Passed away peacefully on December 12, 2002 at Peace Arch Hospital, White Rock, B.C. at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Alf, son Randy (Carrie), cherished and much loved sister Mary (Cecil) Iaci, brother Joe (Grace) Clemente, and many loving nieces and nephews. Remembered for her strength of character, integrity, fairness and devotion to family and friends. She found great joy in her cooking, love for animals and daily walks.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to Dr. B. McCombie and the staff at Palliative Care, Peace Arch Hospital. Prayers will be offered Tuesday, December 17 at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 18 at 11:00 a.m. Both will be held at Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 1153 Fir St., White Rock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Cancer Foundation or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
