Patricia Ruth Taylor
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Patrician Ruth Taylor, Feb. 25, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband Dave, parents Taffy and Margaret Jones and her sister Gladys Davidson. Pat is survived by her children Scott Buchanan, Diane Bradley, Pat Gilmore, Susan Hilton and Darrell Gilmore, seven Grandchildren and twelve Great Grandchildren.
Pat was born Feb 4, 1928 at Vancouver General Hospital and grew up in the West end and lived on Beach Ave. Pat would often recall happy days spent with her Dad at the beach in English Bay. Pat attended Dawson Elementary School and graduated from King George High School.
Pat loved to have fun, she was always the life of the party, she loved to shop, and she loved to travel, Her last few years were very difficult. The family would like to thank the staff at Ocean View Care Home for the wonderful, loving care they provided to our Mum.
A celebration of life will take place Friday, March 12, 2010 at 2 pm at Beecher St. Community Center, 12160 Beecher St. Surrey, B.C.
