A man of few words, but great charm, Peter peacefully made his transition December 4, 2003 surrounded by his adoring family. Raised in Victoria, B.C. entered the Merchant Marine at 17; served Royal Naval Reserve (1939-1946) WWII; Mentioned in Despatches; graduated McGill University; instrumental in development of Twin Falls Power Project; returned to the West Coast in 1979. Survived by his wife, Dorothy; brother Michael and sister-in-law Carmel; sister-in-law Barbara; daughter Ali and partner Charles; son Tim and daughter-in-law Gail. Uncle to Roy and James. Beloved Grampa to Amy, Benji and Widgie. A Celebration of Peter's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, Chateau Cargill, 3550 King George Hwy, Surrey.
