Phyllis Maria (nee Busch) Lang

Passed away peacefully at the Morgan Place Care Facility in White Rock, B.C. on October 3rd, 2006 at the age of 57. Born on February 14, 1949 in Galahad, Alberta, Phyllis grew up in Kelowna, B.C.

After marrying Robert Lang, a Baptist minister, she lived in several U.S. cities before moving to White Rock in 1997.

Phyllis was sadly predeceased by a daughter, Jenifer, her husband of 33 years, Robert Lang, mother, Ruby Busch, father-in-law, Rev. Henry Lang and sister-in-law, Ardis Busch.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Nicole Lang, her father, Reinhart (Lil) Busch of Kelowna, B.C., mother-in-law, Leona Lang of Hiawatha, Kansas, brother, Dennis (Moira) Busch, sister, Margo (Marv) Zilkie, sister, LuAnn (Dave) Barr, sister-in-law, Mary (Dale) Dobrinski, brother-in-law, Larry (Dana) Lang and many nieces and nephews who loved their Auntie Phyllis so much.

Phyllis cared deeply for others her entire life and even with limitations from the complications of Multiple Sclerosis she continued to touch the lives of all who met her.

The family are so grateful for the kindness and caring support of the staff at the Morgan Place Care Facility.

Special thanks to the wonderful friends who visited Phyllis and enriched her life.

A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held on Tuesday, October 10th at the Victory Memorial Chapel in Surrey, B.C. at 2:00 p.m.
