E. Ralph was born on May 12, 1918 and passed away on December 26, 2003 in Peace Arch Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria; daughters Wanda (Bob) Kissner, Mardell (Dan) MacTavish, and son, Doug (Kathy) Kessler; grandchildren, Kimberly (Mark) Steinfield, Jordan, Stephanie, Christina, Andrew, Tiffany, and Alyson.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but remembered for his faithfulness to God, his kindness to others, and his love of family.
A memorial service was held at Victory Memorial Chapel, on Tuesday, December 30, 2003. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to P.A.O.C. Missions Memorial Fund, Seaview Assembly, White Rock, B.C.
