Rev. Henry C. age 89 of 305 - 1531 Everall St., White Rock, B.C. died at 1:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2003 at the Peace Arch Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born April 9, 1914 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan to James Mikel-John and Jesse (Madison) Miller. He was married on December 28, 1939 in Edmonton, Alberta to Vera Carol Belton. His wife Vera preceded him in death in February, 2002.
On April 12, 2003 he married Vera's sister Grace Belton Bowler. He is survived by his wife, Grace, son David, missionary to Costa Rica with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, son Donald, corporate pilot for Colonial Pipeline Co. in Georgia and son C. Timothy, pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Pennsylvania. He leaves a sister Ruth Miller Wright of Ohio, sister Ollie Miller Bayly of Oregon, brother George Miller of Stratford, Ontario and sister Betty Miller of Victoria, British Columbia. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five stepsons and daughters and their children.
He was a pastor and missionary with the Christian and Missionary Alliance for 50 years, serving pastorates in Alberta, and as a missionary in Ecuador and Colombia, South America.
