CARTER - Ronald Hugh passed away at Peace Arch Hospital on Friday, June 5, 2009. Born November 11, 1920 in Courtenay, BC. Ron was a WWII Vet who fought with the Canadian Forces in Holland. Predeceased by his parents Arthur Prescott Carter and Helen Jane Rousell. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Elizabeth (Betty), two daughters Lynda and Sylvia (Brad), grandchildren Braydon, Mason and Abby, sister Joan Pooley and also by many friends. No service by Ron's request.
