Rosa Elizabeth Pedersen
Born November 22, 1928, passed away May 10, 2006 after a valiant battle with asthma. In 1955, Rosa left Denmark for Edmonton where she worked as a nurse at Royal Alexander Hospital for many years before retiring in White Rock. Lovingly remembered by Peder, her husband of 50 years, children Jan (Catherine) and Mary-Ann, sister Ingerlise, garndchildren, Cassie, Derek, Liz, Mark and Greg and many other friends and relatives in Vancouver Edmonton and Denmark. A special thanks to Drs Beegan, Goldie and Donaldson as well as the compassionate and caring nursing staff at Peace Arch Hospital. With broken hearts we say thank you Rosa, Mom and Mormor for being so special - for being in our lives and teaching us the meaning of family.
