Born September 7, 1950 at Vancouver, BC.
Wayne peacefully lost his battle with ALS at White Rock, BC, on July 30, 2005 with his family by his side.
He left as he lived - with courage, spirit and dignity.
Wayne is survived by his wife Judy, and his three children Teresa-Anne, Carolyn and Ian.
A Memorial Service was held at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow.
The family's gratitude is extended
to the ALS Team at G.F., Strong and to the Palliative Care Nurses at Peace Arch Hospital.
