Passed away May 14, 2004 at the age of 87. Tom was a retired R.C.A.F. Officer. He was predeceased by his wife, Jule, who passed away April 1989 and by his brother Tony. He will be missed by his sister Beth Clarke (Tom), his daughter Judy Holtz (Gil), his grandchildren Eric Holtz and Kimberly MacMillan (Gregg), his great grandson Chase MacMillan. No service upon his request.
