Survived by his sisters Susan Heller and Madeline Lovyes, his dear friend Valerie Allen and nieces and nephews. Vance loved boating and spent his summers in the local waters. He operated an automobile transmission repair business for many years.
A reception for family and friends will be held at ABC Country Restaurant, 2160 King George Highway, Surrey, on Thursday, January 8th, 2009 at 2:00pm.
