DUBAY, Vernon Douglas "Vern"
Passed away peacefully on June 8th, 2008 at Peace Arch Hospital, just short of his 83rd birthday. He fought a valiant battle with cancer right to the end. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 57 years, June; loving daughters Heather (Fred), Bonnie (Mike), Robin (Trevor), granddaughter Melissa, relatives in Saskatchewan and many friends in B.C. and Ontario. He lived life to the fullest, happiest when he was working, fishing or spending time with his family. Thank you to Dr. Lowe, Dr. Glenn Anderson and the Palliative Care Nurses for their very special care. Cremation. No service by request. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Society or the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation.
