Waselena Savard (Gidora) born May 30, 1922 in Kahwin, Alberta. Violet (Baba) passed away peacefully on November 27, 2003 with family by her side. She was always there to organize or lend a helping hand for others. She was a major contributor to Sunnyside Hall in South Surrey.
She is survived by her husband Jack, children Ed, Gloria, Gord, Marietta and Wendy, twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one more on the way, two sisters and one brother. She was predeceased by daughters Lorraine and Rosemarie, one sister and one brother. There will be a graveside cremation service at Valley View Memorial Gardens 14744 - 72 Avenue at 1:00 p.m. followed by a meal to celebrate her life at Sunnyside Hall 1845 - 154 Street from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on December 5, 2003.
