Wilheminia, affectionately know as "Billy" passed away peacefully on March 9, 2007 in San Diego, California at the age of 94. Survived by daughters Tony and Sara, her Grandchildren and Sister Penny. Billy was the daughter of Henry and "Granny" Vidal, pioneer White Rock Residents and founders of the WRASA. Billy was a champion swimmer and ardent golfer up to her 90th year. A warm and wonderful lady fondly remembered by the Feedham family and other early White Rock residents.
