Passed away at Peace Arch Hospital on July 19, 2004.
Bill was born in Leduc, Alberta April 6, 1906.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Gertrude (Gertie).
He is survived by his daughter Muriel (Linton), grandchildren Leslie Glen Linton and Billie-Lee (Honey); 6 great-grandchildren Aiden, Colin, Aaron, Amanda, Nikki, Caylee; 2 sisters Hattie and Martha, also many relatives and friends.
Bill was well known in the Logging Business of BC, and Northern Washington. He enjoyed farming in Richmond and Chilliwack. He raised many show horses and ponies with the help of Gertie. One of his great passions was playing cribbage with friends and family.
A Memorial Service was held August 26, 2004 at Crescent Gardens, 1222 King George Hwy, Surrey at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of B.C. or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
