Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Sept. 13, 1921, passed away April 23, 2006 in White Rock, B.C.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Una the love of his life for 63 yrs.
His 5 children, Cheryl, Donna, Ken, Susan & Sandra, 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, his sister Joey Scott of Penticton, B.C. and many nieces & nephews.
Bill was known for his jolly disposition, big smile & whistle - he was a kind, caring and passionate man who found great pleasure in singing, dancing, sports and being with his family.
He served as an Officer in the RCAF during WW11.
He was an astute business man, who successfully owned & operated 4 shoe stores in Maple Ridge; McColl's Shoes, The Shoe Shop, The Bootlocker and The Country Cobbler.
A private family service was held on April 30th, 2006.
