Ready to SET blame

Editor:

It’s great our community newspapers this week are talking at the same time about our changing dynamics within Surrey council.

I wonder how the shoe fits with Couns. Marvin Hunt and Judy Higginbotham sitting in the minority. They, along with past mayor Doug McCallum and others, have ran council for a long time.

Something to remember, though, is that when Bob Bose was mayor, SET also ran council then, as they were the majority of members.

All the woes of that period blamed on the SCE should, in fact, have been blamed on SET. When the next election happens, remember, listen and learn.
