On behalf of the Grande Prairie Composite Tomahawks and Totems, I’d like to thank the Elgin Park school community for hosting the Maple Leaf Classic this past weekend.

Special appreciation to the coaches, players and parents of Elgin Park for accepting our players into their homes. What wonderful hospitality.

We would also like to thank the White Rock community for answering questions, assisting with directions and suggesting activities.

Our second-place trophies sit proudly in the trophy case in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
