Loved your article on this amazing man, Paul Robeson.
My parents took me to see him that day in 1955. I can remember my father crying, an emotional Russian, and not understanding why that was.
Thanks again for bringing back that memory. I will think of both those men now each time I pass through Peace Arch border.
One can only hope that as the years go by, our children and grandchildren will also have the ability to travel so freely.
