Recently I had the pleasure of attending the musical “Sea Of Stories” at Coast Capital Playhouse.

This was a Peninsula Productions presentation of the highest calibre.

This was a depiction of White Rock in days gone by. The production was in musical theatre style. The acting, singing and dancing were of high calibre, as was the casting.

In the background were large pictures of showing how White Rock might have looked at the time in the story.

I do not wish to single out any individual, as the entire cast was superb. It also confirmed the fact that the musical theatre genre was a great form of entertainment.

The director really put her heart and soul into the production to bring the best out in her cast. What a delightful afternoon.

May I be permitted to express my gratitude to the activities department of Westminster House Retirement Community who arranged for the tickets and, more particularly, for the transportation to and from the theatre.
