Forward thinking
Editor:
I looked in the dictionary to define the meaning of progress.
It says to go forward.
When I retired 25 years ago, I was making $24.75 an hour. All my friends about the same.
I could buy a good home for $250,000 to $300,000. My wife did not have to work.
So I ask myself, when I see the word progress, how the meaning of the word has changed so much for the average working man.
