Re: Dog owners too inattentive, Jan. 24 letters.
Over and over again, I see letters to the editor castigating dog owners.
As a responsible dog owner, I am so tired of being taken to task for the actions of a mindless few who do not pick up after their pets. How do you penalize responsible dog owners by banning us from all public spaces because of the actions of a few?
There are some irresponsible owners but, if you look around, you will see that they are in the minority.
Please, once and for all, give us attentive dog owners a break.
