LETTERS: Dumped debris a cowardly act

Editor:

In late February, an individual dumped a major pile of debris and garbage at Kent Street Activity Centre – strewn across a handicap parking space and included boards with nails sticking up and parts of an old green fibreglass tent trailer.

I contacted the city and they cleaned the mess up.

Last Sunday, the same individual dumped more debris, including the remainder of the tent trailer. This time the debris was put on a pallet tied to a metal fence and the vehicle was driven away. Again, it was left in the handicap parking space.

To the individual who did this: What kind of fool blocks a handicap parking space twice and leaves boards with nails sticking up?

Step forward, you coward.

Ian Hynds, White Rock
