Warriors off to Emerald tourney

Coming off a fourth-place finish at last week’s Surrey RCMP Basketball Classic, the White Rock Christian Academy Warriors’ senior boys - who’d won the RCMP tournament 10 of 12 times before this year – set their sights this week on another tournament.

The Warriors will play this weekend at the Vancouver College Emerald Tournament; the team’s first game was 1 p.m. Thursday against the Charles Tupper Tigers.
