Earl Marriott runner Idaho-bound
Another South Surrey track star is heading to Idaho.
Last week, Earl Marriott Secondary senior Ally Ginther agreed to a scholarship with the University of Idaho, joining Semiahmoo Secondary hurdler Meghan Palesch and Kwantlen Park’s Tim Delcourt, both of whom committed to the school earlier this year.
Ginther is a middle-distance runner, and has been among B.C.’s best in the 800-, 1,500- and 3,000-metre distances.
