White Rock Mayor Wayne Baldwin was on hand at the ground-breaking ceremony for oceanfront condo development Royce White Rock last month.
Developers Forge Properties announced at the event that $20,000 from the sale of the condos will go to the Infant Development Program of BC.
The development, located at 14855 Thrift Ave., is to include 87 condo units and is expected to be complete in 2014.
