Peninsula residents looking to learn about cross-border real-estate investing will have an opportunity to do so next week.
On June 6 in Ferndale, Wash., the first annual British Columbia/Whatcom Country Cross Border Expo is planned.
The event will feature free seminars and a tradeshow featuring more than 50 exhibitors with experience in cross-border business. The expo will be held at the Silver Reef Hotel and Casino in Ferndale, just across the border.
