Envision Financial is marking a return of its signature cause – The Full Cupboard – during Hunger Awareness Week.

Until Friday, Envision Financial locations are hosting barbeques, plant sales and raffles.

Launched last year, The Full Cupboard raises funds and food for food banks across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Kitimat. Nearly $98,000 was raised – of which, nearly $6,000 went to Sources' White Rock/South Surrey Food Bank – along with more than 11,600 pounds of food.

Jaye Murray, manager of Sources' food bank, said Envision's contributions "make a huge difference in the ability of the food bank to provide for the many community members who need to turn to us for support.”

Anyone wanting to pitch in can donate non-perishable food items or cash at any Envision branch.
