Developers behind a new townhouse community in South Surrey are to host a grand opening Saturday (Sept. 6).
George is a project of Manorlane Homes. Saturday's event – set for noon to 5 p.m. at 1708 King George Blvd. – will include a barbecue co-hosted by radio personality Chris Palliser from the BEAT 94.5.
Attendees will be given a chance to win a $100 gift card for The Shops at Morgan Crossing, using Twitter or Instagram.
George is described as "a neighborhood for people who want to live close to it all without the hustle and bustle."
