Healthy oils expert to visit South Surrey

Longstanding Peninsula health-food store Lifetime Organics will host oils expert Udo Erasmus Thursday (Nov. 20).

A longstanding Peninsula health-food store will host an expert on healthy oils Thursday (Nov. 20) at 2119 152 St.

The evening seminar with Udo Erasmus at Lifetime Organics is free to attend, however, reservations are required. Erasmus is to cover the benefits of healthy oils, probiotics and enzymes.

“To have him come to our area in White Rock is really awesome,” store manager Beatrice Lyne said of Erasmus. “He’s been very famous in the health industry for more than 20 years.”

The event, which gets underway at 6:10 p.m., is part of efforts to celebrate the completion of upgrades at the store’s new location, as well as the business’s 25-plus years in the community.

Other plans include a seminar on skin care and protection on Nov. 27, and customer appreciation days. The latter, set for Nov. 28-29, are to include prize draws, product demonstration and free samples.
