Life coach shares personal journey

Author Anne Bérubé to share tips at White Rock’s Nature’s Fare

After a near-fatal car accident when she was 23-years-old, Anne Bérubé has turned years marked by chronic pain and emotional turmoil into a story of personal journey.

In her new book, Be Feel Think Do, Bérubé – who’s now a life coach – shares how to make the most in life; moving from a “doing and thinking” focus to a “being and feeling” focus.

Bérubé will be sharing tips for her philosophy June 10 at Nature’s Fare (15180 North Bluff Rd.) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
