White Rock's newest coffee shop celebrated its grand opening Saturday with free coffee and live music.
Bean Around the World, located in the Saltaire development at the corner of Johnston Road and Thrift Avenue, is owned by Mike Moon.
Moon grew up in Ontario and said he chose to locate both his business and family in White Rock because it had much of the same "small-town feel." The view from Bean and the spacious layout in the Saltaire made the site an easy choice.
