A fundraiser at a South Surrey Indian restaurant raised more than $2,000 for Peace Arch Hospital.
Rasoi Restaurant owners Harpreet and Sulinder Atwal handed over the cheque of $2,125 to Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation’s Tracy Penner July 17, also marking their sixth anniversary in business.
The restaurant began collecting the funds in late April, donating $1 from each bill through to June 25.
