The White Rock/South Surrey Stroke Recovery Group will hold their annual Strides for Strokes fundraiser this Saturday.
The annual event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Centre for Active Living, 1475 Anderson St.
Along with the walk/run/wheel – which will begin in the curling rink and is wheelchair accessible – there will be snacks, lunch and prizes for participants who collect more than $50 in pledges.
All proceeds go to the Stroke Recovery Group to help continue speech therapy, exercise rehabilitation, speakers and more for stroke survivors.
