There have no doubt been some strange sights on the White Rock Pier through the years and last Wednesday evening (April 13) was no exception, as three costumed visitors – one dog and two dragons – took a stroll at the beach.
In addition to wandering the pier, the trio made an appearance at at least one Marine Drive restaurant.
According to photographer Randy Cosenzo, no explanation for their presence was given, “but they made a lot of people smile.”
