Fraser Health is inviting input on what makes a healthy community, and is offering a chance at prizes to those who take a new survey.
Launched by Fraser Health with Vancouver Coastal Health and the UBC eHealth Strategy Office, the My Health My Community Survey “aims to understand how lifestyle, local environment, neighbourhood and daily interactions affect health over time.”
According to a news release, the feedback may help shape community programs and services, from traffic patterns and facilities to disease-prevention programs.
The survey will be open through April 20, and prizes range from gift certificates to iPads.
