Halloween programs offered at Surrey Public Library locations

Surrey Public Library is offering free spooky fun for kids this month.

Children are encouraged to come in costume to the various programs, which include Halloween stories, songs, crafts, puppets and more.

Programs are being offered in Cloverdale (10-10:30 a.m. Oct. 28), Strawberry Hill (3:15-4:15 p.m. Oct. 25), City Centre (10-10:30 a.m. and 3:15-4 p.m. Oct. 28), Fleetwood (3:15-4:15 p.m. Oct. 27 and 11:30-noon Oct. 28), Guildford (3-4:10 p.m. Oct. 28 and 6:30-7:15 p.m. Oct. 31) and Port Kells (10:30-11 a.m. Oct. 25).
