White Rock’s namesake, snowcapped mountains and the 94-year-old Peace Arch painted a scenic backdrop as visitors posed for a photo on the waterfront Dec. 11.
The sunny skies were a stark contrast to the snow that fell on the Lower Mainland Thursday morning, as well as the weekend’s forecast, which calls for clouds, rain, wind and a low temperature of three degrees Celsius.
