A free workshop aimed at helping parents ease the transition into adulthood for their children – and themselves – takes place Monday (April 11) in Crescent Beach.
Led by life coach and wellness counsellor Amanda Sinclair, participants will be invited to share their fears, worries and success stories with other parents in a safe, peaceful environment.
Insights on how to support and nurture children while giving them space to become adults will be offered. Strategies for identifying and achieving the needs and wants of parents and children alike will also be explored.
