It’s time once again to celebrate those who go the extra mile to make life better for everyone on the Semihamoo Peninsula.

Peace Arch News’ second annual Our People, Our Peninsula feature is coming up later this spring, and we need your help to identify some outstanding, but unsung, volunteers in the community who deserve recognition for their efforts.

Do you know someone who gives generously of their time or talent to help a out not-for-profit organization (or two) in South Surrey and White Rock. If so, why not nominate them for OPOP, by submitting their name, contact information and a few words about what makes their contribution special.

We’ll ask for their answers to a few questions, which will appear along with their photo in the May 12 edition of Peace Arch News.

To nominate someone, email the information to editorial@peacearchnews.com by Wednesday, April 20.
