PHOTOS: When the going got tough, Peace Arch News carriers delivered

Uncharacteristically heavy snowfall couldn’t keep carriers from their appointed rounds

This winter has already brought the Semiahmoo Peninsula more than its usual share of, well, winter.

At the beginning of January, with snow piled high on the ground, Peace Arch News carriers were out in force, making sure papers were delivered to residents’ doorsteps.

Some put on their boots and trudged, others employed sleds or sled dogs, but they all got the job done, even managing to pose for a few photos along the way.
