This is a perfect program for anyone who may not be able to stand up for long periods of time while exercising.

The nine-session program begins on Friday, Sept. 21, 11:15 a.m. till noon at the White Rock Community Centre. Registration begins for White Rock Recreation & Culture members this Friday. Call 604-541-2199 to register.

The Kent Street Activity Centre, located at 1475 Kent St., is open to people 55 years of age or better. For information, call 604-541-2231.
