The Kent Street Activity Centre Stitch and Chat Group meets every Friday 1-3 p.m at the centre. This fun group meets in the classroom and works on their own craft projects from knitting, crocheting, cross stitch and more. Enjoy lively conversation with this small and very friendly group of ladies If you are interested in learning more about Stitch and Chat, drop down on a Friday afternoon and check them out. • Kent Street Activity Centre 55+ excursions are here and with such beautiful fall weather this would be a perfect time to sign up for a day trip where transportation is provided in our comfortable 23-passenger mini-bus. On Nov. 3 start your day with lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Gastown followed by a historical walking tour through Gastown’s most historic streets. This trip includes lunch and a guided tour. On Nov. 10 spend the day experiencing FlyOver: Hawaii From Above followed by a visit and shopping at the Circle Craft Christmas Market. This excursion includes all admissions.
