The YMCA is once again offering summer day camps for children in South Surrey

Summer Day Camps offered by YMCA

Program for local children runs until end of August.

Once again, the YMCA is offering community day camps for kids in Surrey, South Surrey and North Langley.

Each week, children will participate in a special themed adventure, activities that may may include arts and crafts, group sports, drama and out-trips.

Among the programs, Camp Southwind is a unique day camp that offers many of the activities of a residential camp.

Campers will participate in many outdoor activities such as archery, canoeing, campfire, hiking, group games, theme days and crafts.

Specialized camps are also offered in areas such as babysitting, basketball, computers, dance, drama, fine arts, rockclimbing, science and more.

Community Day Camp Locations:

Camp Southwind is located in Langley at 20315 16 Ave; and the Grove Church in Langley at 20784 93 Ave; Sullivan Hall at 6302 152 St.; Grace Point Church at 3487 King George Hwy. in South Surrey; the Tong Louie Family YMCA at 14988 57th Ave Surrey and Camp Elk Grove in Aldergrove.
