Longtime Peninsula photographer John Cullen captured a flurry of dunlins from the White Rock pier Friday morning.
“Quite a spectacle,” Cullen said. “Something I have never seen in my 17 years here, and I have been taking photos around White Rock pier for the last 10 years.”
