Plans are underway for the seventh annual Toy Tea on the Semiahmoo Peninsula next month, in support of women and children in need.
Set for 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 28 at Crescent Gardens Retirement Community (1222 King George Blvd.), the event is open to anyone who brings a new, unwrapped, non-violent toy, to be donated to the Atira Women’s Resource Society in time for Christmas.
Coffee, tea and an array of goodies will be served.
