One of the Peninsula Community Foundation's biggest fundraising events of the year is set to be uncorked Thursday in South Surrey.
Vintage Affair 2012, billed as "the wine tasting event of the year" is scheduled for Hazelmere Golf Course (18150 8 Ave.) Thursday, Oct. 25.
The event, run by the foundation – in partnership with a handful of local sponsors, including the Peace Arch News – features fine food and entertainment, and routinely attracts hundreds of guests.
Tickets are $150, and can be purchased by going to the foundation's Vintage Affair page.
Proceeds from the event go toward a number of local causes supported by the foundation.
