White Rock teen shares ‘Play safe’ message

White Rock's Kathryne Bagshaw helped deliver War Amps 'play safe' message Sunday, in the Rogers Santa Claus Parade.

War Amps Child Amputee Program (CHAMP) ambassador Kathryne Bagshaw – a White Rock teen born a left-arm amputee – participated in the Rogers Santa Claus Parade Dec. 6, to share the War Amps’ ‘play safe’ message.

The program aims to prevent more children from losing limbs in preventable accidents.
